Yes. The consumer app is completely free — all games, daily sets, and enrichment features are available at no cost. Brands sponsor challenges and sell products to reach engaged pet owners, so cat owners never see a paywall.
What is a sponsored daily challenge?
A sponsored challenge is a branded play session that appears in the daily rotation. Your brand logo and creative are featured while cat owners engage with enrichment content, giving you high-attention impressions.
How does the Shop Partner take-rate work?
Shop Partners list products in the app at no upfront cost. When a purchase is attributed to PurrPlay Studio, we take a 12% commission with a $0.30 minimum fee per order. You only pay when you make a sale.
What does category exclusivity mean?
Exclusive Partners lock out competing brands in their product category. If you are an Exclusive Partner in cat food, no other cat food brand can sponsor challenges or run placements. Exclusivity is priced at 2.5× the base sponsorship rate.
Can we target specific audiences?
Category Sponsor and Exclusive Partner tiers include audience targeting. You can reach owners by cat age, play frequency, location, and other engagement signals to make every impression count.
How is creative reviewed?
All sponsored content goes through a brand-safe creative review to ensure it fits the PurrPlay experience. Starter Sponsors receive standard review, Category Sponsors get a dedicated brand-safety check, and Exclusive Partners receive priority turnaround.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Starter and Category sponsorships are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Exclusive Partner agreements are billed quarterly. Shop Partner accounts are free to open with no minimum term.
